guns4children Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 try some bearclaws. they are heavy tires and only come in 22inch but they are about as tough as you can get. Quote
Lowflyin Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 I hear people use those with good success. Basically a razr knock off. That listing is for one tire, you know that correct Quote
rjdgriff Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 Guns where do you get you bearclaws? I always see you talking about them Quote
Motooutcastxxx Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 For $240 you can get the Kenda Bear Claws with wheels here; rockymountainatvmc.com Tires are about $76 a piece.. Quote

ticktock Posted January 26, 2012 Report Posted January 26, 2012 These are also good Tires. But the bearclaw and those are also great. Adam Quote
scottierass Posted April 21, 2012 Report Posted April 21, 2012 I need new tires. I have the razr 2 now but mainly want 18s not the 20s. What is the difference between the razors and the ITP hole shots? I hear goot things about those. I think the eBay tires on this thread are more for mud I ride mostly trails Quote
Coupelx Posted April 21, 2012 Report Posted April 21, 2012 my razr 2's are worthless. only good thing is they are really hard so they last forever, mine are 5+ years old. Quote
locogato11283 Posted April 22, 2012 Report Posted April 22, 2012 The best tire sizes for a Banshee are 20x11x9 and 20x10x9. I prefer the 20x11 because it's a wider tire patch which gets you more contact with the ground. I like traction. 18" tires are not nearly big enough for a Banshee, even in stock form. Stay away from the ITP and Maxxis tires. They are overpriced and under-performing. Their tread compound is really soft compared to other brands because people are using them mainly for MX and cross country type racing on 4-stroke bikes. Currently, the best tire available for a Banshee are the Ohtus MR501. They hook up hard and last a while. You can find them here: http://farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=174 I have also seen these in use and FAST just started carrying them: http://farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=445 Quote
ticktock Posted April 22, 2012 Report Posted April 22, 2012 Best tires IMO are black waters, realtors, and mud sharks. Unfortunatly all 3 are discontinued. Mud sharks are still available if you can find them. Adam Quote
