IIRC, the YFZ Pegs are almost centered on the bolt holes.

I'd move the pegs centered over the holes and leave just enough clearance over the holes to put the hex head screws back in with a ratchet and may just a 1/4" more clearance for shits and giggles.

Your fab skills are top notch, use you best judgement..

How do you plan to handle the offset of the brake lever side?

And for those of you that have smaller feet, Pro Design makes a nice billet shifter that is almost 2" shorter in length.

I have both the original length shifter and their shorter one.

The brake lever would need to be cut and rewelded.

The offset was an easy call on my bike. The threads were stripped so I just made a spacer tapped in the middle and welded it to the frame. For the ones I sell I would probably just made a spacer with a thru hole and have all new bolts in the kit. I may be able to make a brake lever too might have to give that a try in the next couple days after I get the peg location on. The factory shifter would be easy to shorten but tough to completely make a new one because of the spline part. It might be pretty cool to have a set of stainless pegs, brake lever and shifter though. The 304 cleans very well with some laquer thinner. I've had these ashtrays for almost a year and the bottom still cleans up and looks brand new.

Well I'm missing a motor right now so I haven't got to ride with them yet. They are much more comfortable than the factory positioning even just sitting on it. Your feet would definitely have a hard time sliding off those teeth. First set is headed for New Jersey!! If anyone else wants some let me know.
