Starting to build my first triple cylinder banshee and have some questions. How long would you expect a stock cut trans to last in a hill chassis?1pass or maybe a full weekend?i would think if you let the tire spin on the start it might last. Also what flywheel is used?i has to be some sort of snomobile type ignition. Any help is appreciated. I really dont want to have to go to a builder for somethin i can make myself.

Yeah, good luck with that... if you don't know the answers to these questions, you need to go to a builder.

Thanks for your helpfull sugestions. At least one person attempted to help. I think i'll stay away from the h2. Im worried parts might be getting hard to come by. The snomo stuff im looking at is late 90's. Its to bad that the rest of you (who by the way i have read past contributions andunderstand how knowledgable you guys are) are so quick to bash. All i was asking was for some basic suggestions

There are MUCH bigger hurdles than the issues you are looking for answers on. Bottom line, if you dont know the answers to these very basic questions on a triple you have no clue as to what is ahead of you. Not bashing (maybe laughing at) you, but you are not ready to take on a project of this caliber if you dont even know the answers to these questions.
