fuzzypickles
He said it was purchased at a police auction, i will call now and see what they have to say about it Have you seen it in person yet? I bought my second Banshee from a guy who bought it at a government auction. Under the seat in there is a small box area indented in the plastic and there is a flip-up plastic panel that you can pop open, in NC they put a "Siezed Propterty blah blah blah" sticker on the inside of that pop up plastic panel... see if you can find an ID sticker anywhere on it, and call the auction house with the ID number and see if they can confirm that it was sold from an auction house. or just see if he has documents to back up his story

fuzzypickles
I picked up mine with tons of billet aluminum shiny parts, custom grill, aftermarket handlebars, Nerf bars, Shearer in-frame drag pipes, ITP Chrome front rims with Maxxas RZR tires all around and K&N air filters. I switched to POD filters though. He was asking $3000 but I ended up trading for it instead. Deals are out there, just gotta keep looking.
