sstaton1983 Posted January 19, 2012 Report Share Posted January 19, 2012 (edited) not sure what your asking.is it loosing spark on every other engine cycle? look on the flywheel,there should be two tabs 180* apart.if one comes loose it will only spark every other cycle. maybe that helps,unless your saying sometimes it has no spark when you kick it,check terminals,breaks in the wires,or bad ground,dirty contacts on kill switch,bad ig switch.lots can cause intermittent loss of spark. rdzbangshee Posted January 19, 2012 Report Share Posted January 19, 2012 i had this problem with my 87 banshee had water in the stator burnt up the stator and cooked the stator and the wire harness and key switch cost me the about 700$ in parts to fix it .
