sheerider11
Fuck that, talk to the service manager. If I did that to a customer's car at my job I would owe them new wheels.

quikshee
Should have told him to kick rocks, NO WAY I would cough up cash for that. Be sure to take dated pictures of your items before they leave your hands, that way when things like this come up, you can prove their condition before and after. A witness that could vouch for their condition when dropped off would be a plus. I would try the Better Business Bureau, they seem to take that pretty seriously. Small claims court works also. Judge1
Send them an email with this link! Someone needs to be fired. Dealers are idiots, I don't use them for anything!

You pay with a credit card in order to get your Bike or wheel's out of the shop and then you call your credit card company and dispute the charges right away. Also You talk to the top dog of said stealership and let them know you want your money back plus damage control. If they don't want to help you, you let them know your reporting this to the BBB and do it. There is NO way I would let that go. Good Luck and I really don't think your going to have a problem. sheerider11
You bought a busa and they still give you shit??? Fuck that. I go to Yamaha and I get a discount with how much I go there. They should appreciate good customer's. I would of told them you have to do something to fix this.
Larry's Shee
I'd go to service manager then general if need be. Point out fact you spent $14+ on your busa and that if you only turn one customer from them it more than costs them a set of rims.

BigRed350x
Makes me glad my sister is a lawyer. I would take them to small-claims court in a heart-beat for that kinda BS. And I would take out ads in the local paper and any other advertisement I could and let the rest of the community know about it. - Jared
