370 not running right... new member

first id like to into my self im vanilla and i live in phoenix az mostly ride in glamis.... down to business i bought my banshee a year ago it runs fine no miss fire decent power it has a cool head not sure what domes compression is like 135 ish each cyl cold test about to find out as this week im pulling the head i have a timing plate v force 3 reeds ported jugs dont know by who or how aggresive t5 exaust uni filters i didnt think there was anything wrong with my banshee till i rode my buddys his power band is longer it seems like my power band is super quick im running sand star paddles he had haulers and his bike is just boysen reeds fmf fattys and uni filters he thinks its a traction issue but i dont know . suppoesdly my bike is bored to a 370 un sure of that running a 13 tooth front sprocket and 40 rear im running golden spectro premix at 40:1. i just dont get it he beats me up oldmobile hill we swap bikes and i beat him so its not a rider issue if my bike is really a 370 should i be running a 15 or 14 tooth front sprocket?? any imput anythuing i should post pics of ?thanks in advance for the help

jetting is on tuned for glamis running 340 main and 27.5 pilot i think on pilot and i am picking up some haulers and run the "taller haulers " verses the reguler "haulers" and im going to peek at my clutch tonight since im swapping frames i pulled my timing cover and the metal drum that rotates has rust all over it ?? ill post a picture tonight looks like something youd see on an east coast car.
