you dont bore a cub cylinder you have it nikasil plated, it will aways be 68mm. you send the cyilnder off to millenium technologies 1404 Pilgrim Road • Plymouth WI 53073

phone: 920-893-5595. they replate the cylinder and send it back to looking brand new, get new set of 68mm pistons and your done.

 

edit: wiseco 573mo6800 is the piston part number you need

what happens if i put new pistons with the cubs like that? one cylinder has small scratches inside the cylinder from where the piston broke, will that affect the compression??

take better up close pictures of the cylinder walls, more then likely itll need plating but... gotta see what they look like.
