My question is, Was at Gordons Well over new years and going up test hill a few times power just fell off and had to downshift to 2nd to make it to the top. Im a big guy...6'3 250. One of my buddies had a banshee and said it should pull hard in 4th all the way. I got the bike used so dont know really what I have. It has fmf fattys and dual carbs and k n filter is about what I know. Any help would be great.
sheerider11
Check you compression, clean the carbs, check the plugs. Do all the maintenance stuff. What is done to the bike? Be overly specific. Like what's your gearing, tires, tors, parking brake, any little thing.
Larry's Shee
Lid/no lid, stock carbs, what jets are in it, all carb settings, timing?
Jereme6655
Along with what everyone else has said..... There may be some confusion wth riding types. Not trying to offend anyone..... But ive seen before where 4stroke riders tried riding their new 2stroke the same way they rode their 4stroke..... Doesnt work. It could be whats happening here.... 4stroke guy trying to low rev it up a hill...

wreck
I plan on taking carbs off and cleaning them and finding out what I have....This is my first two stroke, still getting the feel....definately the power band of the bike and looking forward to many more runs in the sand for sure this season. Just want to get it dialed in and make sure its running right.
Larry's Shee
Do the carbs one at a time as they are different, but the parts will fit on either. Also be sure to attach choke crossover tube
