The 14/45 gearing will give you a ratio of 3.2142. If you multiply 13 by 3.2142 you will find that you could just put a 42 rear on and have vitually the same ratio without having to buy 2 sprockets and a chain. Your existing chain should have enough slack to let you go 1 bigger in the rear, especially since you have gone 1 smaller in the front. So you think i should just change the rear one to a 42? because i thought i would need to change the front one right now because the take off sucks. its alot of rpms but not any take off

Fastassbanshee96
Haven't had it in the sand that much and I only have 8 paddle haulers so they spin like crazy. But I think if I had more tire it would be real good.
beez33
When I had my ported 350 I ran a 13t in front and 43rear. It was set up perfect for me. I am 100 pounds heavier than you so you could get away with bigger front and rear.

bansheesandrider
one of my friends had told me to run 14 45 but theres other people here telling me to just run 13 42! i dont know what to do now DO the math= 42/13 is 3.23 and 45/14 is 3.21. It is almost the same ratio so performance is going to be the same. You already have the 13 so buy a 42 and try it.
700vflash
I would go bigger on the front sprocket to a 14 or a 15.
