njbanshee
I've been in to collecting all kinds of firearms. I'm looking for rifles or hand guns. Ammo is always nice too. Let me know what you got. Send pics and asking price to my email as i check that more often. njbanshee
If I were to buy a gun from someone out of state it would have to go through an FFL dealer. Then for me to pick it up from the FFL dealer i have to pay an aditional $50 for nics and backround check. NJ has very strick and shitty gun laws. I can't own a gun that holds more than 15 rounds. We are limited to how many "evils" are guns can have. Evils are pistol grips, folding stocks, collapsable stocks, and basically anything that makes a gun look or perform bad ass. And forget about a carry permit. I checked out that web site. Did you see the selection the nj section has? There is nothing worth buying, but I'm gonna keep my eye on it. BigRed350x
papers... whats that? haven't had to do a single lick of paperwork for any gun I've ever purchased here in wyoming. lol
DallasGDub
I took the concealed hand gun class here. It was 8 hours of telling me when I can and cannot shoot someone. Plus 1 hour of target practice. What a joke. Hell you only need the lic to carry in a public building or area. You can still legally carry it in your car all day without the lic. Retail stores, or dealers: Pistol grips are ok here, but CAN NOT be sold put together. You have to buy the gun and the grip separate. Same with high cap mags. OK to have it, just can not be sold with the pistol. It is all pre-ban loop holes. But if you go to a gun show, you can buy and sell whatever you feel like. 60% of the shows are private collections, and the rules only apply to dealers. As far as paper work, LOL... you do not even need a pink slip or bill of sale.
njbanshee
In NJ without are carry permit we can only drive to and from the gun range or hunting location. If we make any other stops or detours its against the law. Gun has to be unloaded. Gun needs to be out of reach of the driver, like in the trunk, and bullets have to be in another location.
