emtbanshee
Black liquid coming out of my exhaust. So how do I fix it? Also could this be related to mt motor not idling ?
Phelps
ok first off don't say "spooge" this isn't a drippy dong and second... it's a 2 stroke. there will be partially burnt premix exit the bike. if your bike is not idling you need to make a pilot jet change, idle air screw change, or turn the idle up. beez33
Ha ha. Not a porno no money shots here. It's refered to as splooge. Sounds like a Jetting issue. What are you mixing your oil ratio at?

sheerider11
Next question is, what is done to your banshee? Carbs? Pods? Lid on? What's your elevation? Any port work? What jets do you have now?
emtbanshee
All stock other than motion pro twist throttle. Not sure what size jets. Kinda new to banshees. I am assuming the jets are stock though. I live in Michigan so I am at a normal elevation.
emtbanshee
And the lid is on.

emtbanshee
Yep. For now anyway
sheerider11
Is it blowing out all over the place? It is a 2 stroke that is kind of normal to an extent.
emtbanshee
It is blowing out pretty steady and is all over the plastic.

wacko2000
Dude you need to be more specific here, guys trying to help you out.. Whats done to your bike, list ALL your mods and what jets you are currently running? Have the silencers been repacked recently?? Joe
emtbanshee
Bike runs good. I got the banshee on a trade. As far as I know banshee is all stock other than the twist throttle. No mods done to it at all. To be honest I don't think there has been much maintanence done on it either based on what I had to go through to get swing arm bolt out. Bike does hesitate a little when I crack the throttle.

Joe As mentioned above, his bike is stock with stock exhaust which equals no mods. He is new to banshees as stated above, so he prob doesn't know what jets are in his carbs let alone how to find out. I would put money on the packing in the silencers being shot if you still have stock exhaust. Check your plugs and see what they look like.
