Just use a short enough bolt that the end of the bolt doesn't protrude into the slide area and hold the slide open. JB weld actually works great if you take your time and use it right the reason most people hate it is becasue they do not take the time to put it on right. sheerider11 Posted January 4, 2012 Report Share Posted January 4, 2012 To just plug up the hole I would of left the JB weld in it. But if you drilled it with the drill bit from the kit. Tap it, then go to the store and pick up the same size bolt. Put teflon tape and put it in. You can take off the head and make it flush so it looks a little cleaner.
