180 main is going to be way rich, on my stock cylinders w/dune port I was running a 162 and a 48 pilot, CEL 2nd from top, and I was still fat on top. I am at the same elevation as you so I'd suggest starting with a 168 main and a 48 pilot. Your going to be rich on the top but you can plug chop your way to happiness and as far as the needle just start it in the middle and play with it till you get your throttle response optimal. I ended up 2nd clip from the top on my old setup.

Thanks man. Im gonna keep playin with this power jet. I gotta make sure its not backin off. Try some silicone on the head or something. If I cant get what im looking for Ill try a main jet. If I still cant, Ill try the PJ's. From what F.A.S.T was saying, I should have no problem with topend with the single PWK.

chris come out sunday. i have to do heat cycles on my quad so you will have enough time to fuck with your jetting.

I was out two weeks in a row. If I make it three, My ole lady might cut my balls off. I might make it out the following weekend. We will see.

Jeff has me at a 205 main. I'm around 2900 elevation and it was about 60 two days ago and that sumbitch wouldn't quit pulling!!! Inframe shearers and 4- mill dune port also. Checked plugs tonight and right on!!! My .02

@FAST, No it was on a dual 34pjs it was till fat on top because my topend was on its last leg so I ran it rich hoping to get more life out if it.

Picklez was talking bout jetting his Single carb though and 160 range jets would prolly have him getting towed home. banghead

Your jetting however does sound on par with most Dual carb setups.
