BLOODRAGE Posted November 19, 2011 Report Share Posted November 19, 2011 well i took my banshee out lastnite and tonite after work and it wanted to die out.so i put her back in the shop and took one of the carbs off and the main jet was a 200 and the needle postion was on the second clip from the top.soo i stuffed a 220 main in the carb and moved the needle clip to the middle(3rd from the top) the mods are in my sig,any ideas to get this beast purring? eating supper with the needle infront of me before i put it back in lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Larry's Shee Posted November 19, 2011 Report Share Posted November 19, 2011 Is this a new to you ride or new set-up? Unless you're high elevation you are probably lean. Read/ search the sticky at the top of this forum "What jets are you running", find as near a simular set-up/elevation. My guess is that you need to be in the 280-290 range.
