carter Posted November 16, 2011 Report Share Posted November 16, 2011 I Just bought a banshee and Need a lol help please.. it is dune ported with shaved head v force reeds shaved gears with shift star mod, shaved fly wheel, hot rod crank, with cpi pipes, stock carbs.. i run 22x10x8 10 paddle haulers.. now my question is gearing. It pull hard on lancha and all the way through 3rd when i hit 4th it seems like it Just dont pull that hard like 1st thru 3rd.. i still have stock gears 14t 41tt.. You could possibly be over paddled or your jetting could be off Post some more info and the guys here will get it worked out for you!! locogato11283 Posted November 16, 2011 Report Share Posted November 16, 2011 On the big end it's just not wanting to turn those big paddles. You can compensate some by dropping the gearing. Otherwise, you may need to look into another paddle setup. Sand, gearing and paddles is kind of like a big puzzle. Sometimes it takes a while to put all the pieces together for optimal performance.
