i got a set of PJ KEIHIN carbs and i cant get it to idle, they are clean and i got new reeds and gaskets and there are no cracks on the ruber boots, evarythings good. i tryed turing the chock (cold start) knob out and it makes it load up alot its hard to start. if i keep my thumb on the throttle a little it will idle perfect anyone got some ideas on what i can do?

Turn the knobs all the way in clockwise then mark or remember a spot and turn them out 9 full turns counterclockwise. Try to start ur bike it should idle but fast idle if it won't u need to see what pilot u have and needle.if idles quickly u need to sync with a sync tool now getthem to pull same vac after they are the same turn the knobs in to bring idle down the same amt.

Also it will be impossible to get to run good with out a sync tool borrow or buy one. If need help pm me will walk u thru pj
