Hello everyone,

I need some help with jetting I have been having problems with these carbs for quite some time. First off I have 2001 banshee it has bill pipes, which I will probably be upgrading to the trinity stage iv or whatever it is. I also have a k&n air filter , boyson reeds, and the heads are shaved. I live in tampa Florida where it basically at sea level and stays hot almost year around. I want to just Redue them completely needles springs jets everything. They have been giving me trouble for quite some time. So I think its time to completely Redue them. So I am wondering what is the best kit for this bike with the type of environment that I ride in. If anyone can let me know I would greatly appreciate it.

Well I am guessing from your post you have the air box on still with a K&N filter in it? If so do you have the lid off or on becasue that is going to change what jet you run. If you are running the lid you are going to be somewhere in the area of a 260 to a 280 main jet and if you have it off you should be around 280 to 300 main. There is not a lot of reason to change the needles unless you think they are bent or something. The toomey needles are a better needle than the stock ones if you want to change them.
