I design and build custom drag/dune chassis, build made to spec swing arms for drag/dune/mx,wheelie bars, I have a full machine shop for all your custom machining needs including: lightened drag hubs,drag struts,tie rods, drag spindles, etc.. I cnc bore cylinders for the tightest tolerances. as well as building all my chassis and arms in jigs that are strait and true. i will stand behind my products to be strait, safe and reliable. i will be adding some pics soon, hope to hear from more of you. here is a +16 arched i did for overbudget734 just as a starter. chris wheelman chassis Quote

Wheelman Chassis Posted November 2, 2011 Author Report Posted November 2, 2011 thanks for all the good words guys. Here is a pic of the front shaw/spindle setup i use on my single arm chassis. It uses a tight tolerance bore .002 bigger than the shaw, the insert in the bottom of the shaw is drilled and taped for a 7/16 fine thread bolt. The insert in the shaw has a 1.00 thread making this a very strong mounting point for the spindle. All my spindles are turned in house and i offer 5/8(shown) or standard banshee tapered . In addition for added strenght all my shaw cups are counter boed to except the spindle making them very strong for those hard dune hits. shaw cup. Quote

Even when this guy gets drunk, he does nothing but think of ways to make his products more innovative and better then any other product out there (Just ask everyone @LS after he got into the captain!!) LOL ... He's ALWAYS thinking about ways to improve. can't say that about alot of guys in this biz.. He's one of us and purely enjoys the sport. Quote
