Billit or forged crank 10mm

i have a forged TDR crank in mine and its been bullet proof. its going on its 5th year with no hicups or issues BUT that being said if there is any issue with the motor i imediatly stop riding it and try and remidy the problem. also i took lots of care when i assembled the motor and have been diligent on the tuning and maintenance of the engine..

i have seen billets break and have seen fordged break cranks right now are a hard choice to try and get a decent quality one..

BOTH will break...billet is a waste of money....ive even seen a billet CRACK right above the pin....never seen a forged crank do that

get the cheap one

Ditto...

I've had PROPERLY setup forged cranks (trued and welded) last years and hundreds if not thousands of passes.

My old crankworks forged crank was used when i bought it, I added a TZ on the PTO side and anyone that rode with me knows I put over a thousand passes on that crank.

The TZ bearing finally went out on it (I don't run straight cuts...don't believe in them on a smaller motor)

That being said, I purged mine regularly, kept it in a good state of tune, etc.

I personally would stay away from the bottom of the line cheapo cranks...many of the site sponsors sell quality cranks, hit them up.
