Tedder
Does it fall off as soon as you dump the clutch or will it run out strong for a few bike lengths then quit?
camatv
are you launching it at 7500+rpm? outerwares dirty? to much gearing? too much tire?? if i was around it i could figure it out i bet BUT over the net typing is hard to do.. you should just bring it down here and we will skid off a smooth section on the sand bar.. camatv
oh also whats teh squish test show? whats the BOGG sound like ( as i said hard to do over the net) can you bogg it so hard it dies?? ( wayy bad on shift forks) might even be a brake drag OR a bad output shaft bearing.. or some other bearing inside the motor shooting hell .. Rotax Raptor
I can be on damp grass in the return area at the strip rolling along at idle speed, nail the throttle and it will bog. If I hold the throttle on, yes it would eventuality kill the motor. It's not a gearing issue. I've tried it with the filters off.

You can take off from the trailer and it sounds great, kick it in neutral and rev it cleaning it out, put it in gear and nail it and it falls in its face. I may bring it to you cam. Rotax Raptor
My wifes bike was doing exactly as your describing. It was a lean pilot curcuit. Tell me more.. I have 41.3 lectrons set up by Packard. I've thought its been a fuel/air issue but all of the carb changes and adjusting just hasn't produced any significant changes to the problem. camatv
richen it up try that make is SOO rich its hard to clean out.. if not let me know and come on down./ could be something simple could be something retarded, might even be a internal engine failure of some sort.. if jetting dosent change it and electrical dosent change it you gotta start looking at less obvious things.. Rotax Raptor
I've had the metering rods all the way up to 46.5 mm with the power jets wide open. I'm trying to get hold of Garret at GT Performance and take it to him on Thursday and get it in his dyno and work it out. If not, its going somewhere. I am at a loss and sick of fucking with it. I wish Andy wasn't so far away, but it may come down to it. I will have plenty of cold ones on hand at the hq ride for all those that have been helping. I do appreciate all of the input.
