i'd recomend a top case fill and match and a billet basket and a stock cut transmission and your gonna need a good clutch also. ( these are for some reason are left out of the recomended builds?)

What is a top case fill? Is that something like case porting to match the cylinders?

Since your basically starting from scratch, You'll need:

cylinders

pistons

4mil crank, welded as well as new bearings

Port match the cases

35 pwks

filters

billet basket

fast clutch

pipes

billet water impeller

Cool head with domes cut for the 4mil and your setup. ie race, pump or alky

I'd recomend a lockout and if your going to run a lockout, you'll need a cover unless your run a gigot.

Pancake bearing

Gaskets and an oring kit

We just got done putting together a fast 4mil with all the above mentioned, was well as a duneable 1-5 and it freakin rips. The power curve on this thing is insane. We run the original set of Rockets on it as well. One thing I've learned over the years of fuckin around with these banshees is that you cant short cut anything. If your going to do it, don't half ass it. You'll save money in the long run. Any of the older guys will tell you the same.

The Serval is going to test your entire clutch and shifting mechanisms.

Now is a good time to do maintenance on the entire clutch system.

All the way from the clutch lever to the pancake bearing.

I would get the following from FAST:

Modded Shift Shaft / Spring and Oil Seal

New Eccentric Screw

New Locking Tab

Billet Basket and New Locking Tab

FAST Clutch and Springs

Pancake Bearing

?Clutch Push Rod and Ball?

?Clutch Actuator and Seal?

?New Clutch Inner Hub?

?New Clutch Pressure Plate?

?Clutch Cable?

They say a lock-up recommended, but people say their FAST Clutch Kit has worked just fine.

Yea I heard about the lock up clutch. So what's the difference in the 2

This link will educate you, it helped me out.

You can also do a search by selecting the little snowflake looking icon in the upper right hand corner of the page.

Type "lock-out" or "lock-up".

Include the quotes and select "search titles only".
