Blue Shee 2003 Posted May 9, 2012 Report Share Posted May 9, 2012 WOW. I'm glad I found this post because I had the exact same problem you had and COULD NOT figure it out.. I even bought a cool head because there was a small amount of white smoke coming out but that didn't fix it obviously. My problem was that I just flat out over-oiled my filters, I took them off and it runs 100% better... I'm cleaning them again now and I am not going to put any oil on the inside of the filters this time didnt seem like I put much on them last time but apparently I did! I've seen several posts like this where all sorts of new parts were purchased to try to solve the problem and it turned out to be the god damn air filters....
