Filter's rubbing exhaust.

I have a set of PT mid's and the fat boy 2 muffler pipes are rubbing the air filters. The filters are 15 degree angled and still rub along the pipes. Is there an airbox set up or someway for me to get protection to this engine?

modify'd stock airbox works great. or make your own. or get the big ass sleeve's

I was thinking about going back to the stock airbox do you know where I can find carb boots for 33mm pwk's to the airbox?

Also I'm running 165main's 50 pilots with K&N pods how much would I have to jet down?

i had the same problem with my t-5's back in the day. i just put a hose clamp around the pipe and frame where you couldn't see it and pulled the pipe right up next to the frame. just put something around the pipes so it wont scratch them. worked great for me, and cheap.

Well you see my problem with the fatboy 2 mufflers is the mounting tabs they use don't allow them to pulled any closer to the frame rails. Also with how far back the boss intake set the carbs the airbox is touching the carb bells and isn't even close to being mounted. Is there a different make of mufflers that fit the PT mid ranges and mount closer to the frame rails? I need spark arrested mufflers soon anyways.
