Meat
I used to have a website called the banshee zone and Ken sent me pictures of his gold banshee for the banshee pic gallery. I thought he told me that either he or someone in his family is in the gold plating business, so I guess he figured he should take advantage of that and gold plate his banshee
AC-BANSHEE
i wonder how much that would cost to plate the entire frame$$$$
camatv
i bet a trans gold powder would look very similar.. i mean in all reality that is one color setup i havent seen at all. except on lowriders and show cars.
dirtydownunder
gold can look awesome or tacky and shit, there is no in between haha.
SteepyBS
the fact that its plated in 24k gold is a little tacky but the color combo actually looks pretty decent
mikechief
It would look a lot tougher with some mud on it

Darren400
If this is the bike I think it is, then I was helping out at JD Racing when it was built back in about 1992 or 1993. It was originally built as a wife's bike and was running full fenders and Paul Turner pipes, that is why none of the tabs were removed from the frame. I don't think it was originally built with a JD/SS 510 though. But, I do remember being there when the frame came back from being gold plated and thinking that somebody had too much money. The bike was originally built to be a bling bike for a smoking hot girl. Funny seeing this! This bike is sitting in are shop, we bought it down a few years ago to redlines and let him run through it put a override in it. Bike runs pretty good still!
