Chevy4life32 Posted June 6, 2011 Report Posted June 6, 2011 So I was looking around online and saw the Eddie Sanders Racing air box eliminator kit and cant find any post or any info about them. Has anyone bought them for there banshee and also if you have, do they work like they say or just a waste of money. I read about how having your air filter farther away is suppose to increase air flow and make more hp. Any input would be helpful. Quote
toytech Posted June 6, 2011 Report Posted June 6, 2011 use pod filters on the carbs, they work great that way. Quote
Chevy4life32 Posted June 6, 2011 Author Report Posted June 6, 2011 http://www.eddie-sanders-racing.com/product_p/banshee%20airbox%20eliminator%20(sto.htm if you look at the link, that is all it is. some pod filter, but they are angled. Yeah i saw that on there website but I just want to know if anyone has bought them or used them. I ordered them and will have the shee on the dyno in the winter, so I guess i will see how much of a difference it will make. The only thing is the way it hookes up to the stock airbox intake boots dosent seem very strong. Does anyone have any pictures of using the setup on there banshee. I have never seen anyone use it before. Quote
Chevy4life32 Posted June 6, 2011 Author Report Posted June 6, 2011 you mount directly to the carb, no airbox. I know it bolts to the carb but it hooks to the intake boot from the stock air box boots. does anyone have a picture or used it before? Once i get mine pu ont I will post pictures. The price is really good though. If anyone has a picture of it on there bike, can u please post it, so i can see it on a shee. Quote
