spurdy
HP questions usually generate a plethora of not so nice responses. Some will have an opinion but most will be guesses at best. Porting can vary widely and the biggest HP gain is proper tuning on any given set up. If you really are interested in HP numbers, throw it on a dyno, and even still you'll have a guess at best since dynos can vary in their numbers depending on several factors. shee4speed
no answer on the hp. i usually drop 3 jet sizes going from phx to flag. that goes for my Banshee and Blasters.
jbooker82
I was going to guess negative 10 due to the 2:1 carb. Edited May 28, 2011 by jbooker82
BLK'N'YELLOW
ok so i think its a 280 main go down to a 265 main for up north , ? 2-1 carb works great, i smoke my buddies with dual 30's with motor work , but then again there is so many factors, i was told i should have 59 or 69 hp the guy i bought it from didnt know, he said labor alone was 1700 if 2 into 1 slows u down i would hate to throw a dual carb set up on here , i cant keep it straight or on 4 wheels now

I ran 310's and dropped to 280's with stock carbs. I haven't ridden up there since I installed my 35's. dirtydownunder
what does it matter ? did one of ya buds put a figure on one of their bikes ? throw it on a dyno, it could be running like ass and only making 13.6hp. the dyno could be wrong and you might make 100hp. dyno's are just as shit as people guessing hp. drag times dont lie tho.
