Coupelx
i had to cut mine off. since you want to reuse the arm, center punch and drill both ends of the bolt off.

Larry's Shee
After you get rid of the head and threaded end past mounting point, pull arm, thro center sleeve away.
Coupelx
you will have to replace the sleeve and the bolt. you drill the ends off so you can get the a arm off. you could use a die grinder if you are careful. I tried alot of things to save the bolt in mine. easier just to buy a new one from bikebandit.com for $4 i think they offer the sleeve too if your rebuild kit didnt come with them. camatv
just cut it off and buy new. they are pretty cheap. you probably spent more in running the air tools and all the pb blaster, rust eater adnd time to try to save a 3 dollar bolt..
