jonvia Posted April 29, 2011 Report Share Posted April 29, 2011 when i ride, and hit the throttle fast it doesnt get all of the power until a second later. the power is good, but the throttle response is bad.. what jet would i change to fix this? im sorry, because im sure this has been asked over a million times lol. i do not know what jet sizes i have though. Jereme6655 Posted April 29, 2011 Report Share Posted April 29, 2011 we need a few more details about your bike. i could take a stab and say it sounds like it could be that your carbs are going out of sync...... you gotta give us a more detailed description of what its doing along with a more detailed dscription of your bike. i mean shit you could be jetted super rich or your carbs outta sync, or your reeds are wrong, or your pipes could be the problem......shit there's alot of different things that it could be.... jonvia Posted April 29, 2011 Author Report Share Posted April 29, 2011 we need a few more details about your bike. i could take a stab and say it sounds like it could be that your carbs are going out of sync...... you gotta give us a more detailed description of what its doing along with a more detailed dscription of your bike. i mean shit you could be jetted super rich or your carbs outta sync, or your reeds are wrong, or your pipes could be the problem......shit there's alot of different things that it could be.... just recently synced my carbs. the reeds have been removed cleaned and checked. carbs were cleaned not too long ago like a week ago. my plugs are like the brown/black color. seems a tad bit rich. one of my exhaust chambers leak could that be it? it needs a new o ring. one of my plugs was also leaking around the base. mabey i need to change plugs? its been about a month on em. just put different silencers on my pipes i have the pt mids, and i put some DG silencers on them instead of the fat boy 2s. would the different silencers change anything? any of this help? hahaha Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
