thrash259
Im planning to get an extended swingarm on my Banshee and i am not quite sure what size to get. I plan on getting engine work done to it (500cc top end) but i still want to be able to go dunning. Please help!
lowbuckracing
What kind of top end are you putting on that's a 500 cc combo? If your gonna build a drag bike or hill shooter you will not be dune ridding to much in the dunes. If you want a dune bike just port your stock cylinders ,throw on some 35 carb and a plus 4 swinger and your good to go.I've built many dune bikes and a few hillshooters and theres a big difference in both.what type of ridding do you enjoy most? 06specialedition
First thing I would do is hit up Tim at Stellar and talk about your options. https://www.stellarmachineandperformance.com/ For a good all around duner I think +4 is the way to go. Most dune bikes run a 4 or 6 around here, but a 6 is going to be a little harder too dune on compared to the 4. Tim builds some of the best swingarms in the biz IMO.
