engine help

Hey guys latly my banshee has been acting up alittle starts first kick cold when I'm ridiing..it screams on top end sometimes cuts out sometimes it don't

 

Does the same thing if I'm just going slow not in the power band kinda burbels alittle now my spark plugs I have had in for quite some time do u think maybe my plugs are just bad and maybe cutting out here's a pic

Well guys tested everythhing and new plugs was alittle better but still doing it....could it be something with my carbs suck as tors or something causeing it to do this sometimes..

 

Another thing when I had my carbs off this winter for cleaning I have a 310 main live in middle of wisconsin and I put the air screws 1.5 turns out should they be more???

 

to me a 310 seems rich it runs good but all I have is t6s and usally have the lid off and have vitos super stock pistons any help would be nice

ive never heard of packing in silencers being able to cause a backfire. What elevations are you at? have you done a plug chop? im here at about 1100-1200 and i runnin a play/dune port, vf2 reeds, 2-1 air filter, FMF fatties, and +4 timing and i was told i was probably goign to be right around a 320 by my builder for the summer.....

 

which makes me believe that you are WAY rich especially if all you have is just T-6's...

 

Do a plug chop and it'll tell you right away.....its the only sure fire way to find out if your rich...

I have done a plug chop I'm n the rich side thing I don't get man is all summer I ran no lid thing ran awsome with it little rich on top end iim fine witht that

 

This winter put the lid back on ran good wasn't lean now its doing this

 

So I'm like ill take the lid off and it gets worse...does same thing but worse....

 

I live in jumpriver wisconsin how do I find out my elivation?
