Wildcardracing
First thing I'd do is put a new set of plugs in and see if that cures your problem, those look to be a bit aged.
Larry's Shee
Check electrical connections for corrosion and loosness, add die-electric grease while apart. Check grounds same. Ohm plug caps, maybe trim wire a little, make sure wire is tite. New plugs.

Jereme6655
ive never heard of packing in silencers being able to cause a backfire. What elevations are you at? have you done a plug chop? im here at about 1100-1200 and i runnin a play/dune port, vf2 reeds, 2-1 air filter, FMF fatties, and +4 timing and i was told i was probably goign to be right around a 320 by my builder for the summer..... which makes me believe that you are WAY rich especially if all you have is just T-6's... Do a plug chop and it'll tell you right away.....its the only sure fire way to find out if your rich...

Screamin_Banshee
...changes the air flow into the motor. w/ out it you could prolly get away w a needle adjustment to cure the bog/pop.
