TheBigShabowski
Went on a 4 hr sloppy trail ride. Shee did great until the 4 hr mark. I went through a decent size mud pit. the idle surged and wont come back down. I killed it and tried to restart it, but it still wont come down. It is wide open. The tors is removed. i checked the cable and its moving up and down. The springs and slides have to be working. correct? What else would make the rpms race? Jereme6655
yes the cable can actually still move even if the slide is stuck....that's why the TORS boxes were mounted to the top of the carbs and the micro switch was in the thumb throttle.. The tors monitored if the SLIDE was up and if the micro switch was/wasn't activated.
