I think you would need a lot more mods and power to get to those kind of speeds..Look at the mods in my sig, I dont even run 110mph...For me its not how fast you can go,its how fast you get there!!!! my .02

what do you guys think i should do? i need atleast 100mph. give me some mods i havent named that could help me make the power to pull the gear.

I dont think you realize how long of a drag race you would need to have to get up to that kind of speed. If you are doing a 2 mile drag race then maybe you need that kind of speed but guys that are doing drag races on asphalt every weekend are not even going that fast. Also what are you racing that is going that fast?

I don't think a stock bore stock stroke can do 110 with any gear ratio. If you ignore the power required with the highest off the shelf sprockets 15/38 and with 22 inch tires and engine rpm at 10000 you are only looking at 103. Why do you want 110?

you can't get a 38 on a 6 bolt hub and there are bigger sprockets for the front "off the shelf" than a 15

i ran 17/39 20" tire and went 107mph but the calculator said it should have been more for my rpm's.

regardless you're going to need 80+hp and a 17/38 sprocket setup, at least a 10,000 rpm motor. that is if you wanna reach 110 in, or under the 1/4 mile mark.

Is a 39 the lowest you can go? Sorry thought it was a 38.

Yes there are bigger fronts but they don't fit without modification of some sort. I dont remember what is in the way. I thought 15 was the biggest you can just put on and have work. I guess I did not mean off the shelf.

if you run a stock plastic stator cover you will have to cut the plastic case saver out. no biggie. however i wouldn't suggest running that big of a drive gear without a bearing support. did it for a little while, but decided safe is better than sorry.

i just bought a cheetah cub kit from trinity. i had one on my other banshee when i bought it from a guy in ohio. it ran great but it blew up and i ended up selling it for a few hundred bucks cuz of the condition of the frame and motor. i think it should give me enough power for 16t front and 39 rear. i have it all apart anyway because i put all new gears, seals and bearings in it and powdercoated the frame. but thanks for the help kinda. haha i got more questions than answers really. but what can i expect? i asked a crazy question for a small motor
