BUILDER
HMMMMMM when that banshee goes by the radar gun not only does it sounds like shit but it sure does not look like it passes that guy doing 110 to me. Going 110 on a banshee is not impossible but it is going to totally kill your bottom end and there is no reason to go that fast.
robert.b.west
I watched the video on my phone so I could not see the screen that great but can you tell that it says "mph" how do we know that it is not set to km/h which is like 70 mph.(I think) The video looks like 70 mph to me. hotrodbanshee
I think there is some decals out there that you can install on your shee that increases horsepower dramatically. That would get you close to 110mph maybe. Or you could swap out your engine with a gixxer 1000 and hit 110+ for sure. EvilBanshee
No offense dude. I own A 05 CFR 450R thats done up abit and a 96 shee with a 421 vito. Your gunna need alot more motor then a stock 350 with pipes and a after market head. My 450 still whips my banshee's ass from 0- 90mph. My Banshee with the big engine has a bit more top end actually. But i need alot of runway to catch it. Sounds like you need a Big bore and some serious compression.
SlowerThanYou
I dont think you realize how long of a drag race you would need to have to get up to that kind of speed. If you are doing a 2 mile drag race then maybe you need that kind of speed but guys that are doing drag races on asphalt every weekend are not even going that fast. Also what are you racing that is going that fast? 120mph + and get there pretty darn quick.
SlowerThanYou
120mph + and get there pretty darn quick. Give you an idea on how quick you can go with that gearing, less than 4.0 in 330'. Edited April 1, 2011 by SlowerThanYou
