HardLuck
Sorry for yet another carb question.... So today I went out for the first time after putting the bike back together, Bike starts up perfect and idles perfect..... Bike also runs great through all gears and powerband but only at half throttle if I give it more gas even while in powerband it starts to bog..... I'm gonna find out what jets are in the carbs "35.5mm Mikunis" But b4 that, does this sound a jetting problem or needle problem??? Thanks for any info. Banshee Chad
How is it top end, wide open throttle? Mine did that, and then when I got to the top it ran hard again. Mine was a jet, needle combo. I had the needle leaned one notch trying to compensate for the main being too big. Plus I was scared to get lean, bought this thing new... Surfrjag
sounds like a rich main jet... how does the plug look after a plug chop?
MILO
Yep, start with the mains and do a plug chop. Once you get the mains right, then move on to the needle and pilot circuits.

06specialedition
Those plugs look super rich IMO. Try and move the needle up one notch towards the blunt end(leaner). See how that does.
HardLuck
So leave the 320's and just mess with the needles.....
