400sbc
i think for a stock bike from scratch would be over 2500-3000 easily. That's my 0.02$!
Larry's Shee
The sum of the parts is greater than the whole. That's why many part out.
dcalsv02
Do you mean completely from the tires up, or just the motor from the ground up?
WINDYCITYJOHN400
i am looking to build a banshee starting from scratch how much do you think ill spend on building it and any suggestions or advice? any help is appreciated Well that depends......last time I built one from scratch it topped $15,000. Make a list of every part you'll want, get a Dennise Kirk catalog, get on Ebay and find the prices for the stuff you want. Then.....YOU do the math. That's how you get a little thing called a budget. Nobody can tell you what your idea of a machine will cost. it would just be a crude guess. Lets just say, depending on the parts, color, year, motor and amount of work you'll do yourself VS. sending it out........You'll be between $1,500 and $20,

Starwriter
You can part a Banshee out for more money than you can get out of it selling it whole. So, the reverse of that is that you can buy one complete much cheaper than scrounging all the parts. Especially when you factor in shipping. Even if you buy one and want to change a bunch of stuff, you can always sell most of the parts you pull off.
