Are you having problems with one or do you just want to know if they are OK to buy? So far, I have not heard anything bad about Electrosport stators. mitty8251
I have had really good luck with Electrosport stators. I am currently running one of thier high outputs on one bike and thier duel high outputs on another. No problems so far.

THE358BANSH
ProCom and ElectroSport are the same company, just different divisions. I have a 250w unit converted to DC and have had no issues with it with my small amount of run time.

Surfrjag
well i have a report.. i could not get the electrosport stator to run (no spark) with a stock cdi box. i did however get it to run with a procom cdi but not very well. i though it was a jetting problem for weeks chasing it around rich/lean and could not get it right. i finally bought a stock cdi and stator and now the bike runs perfect!! i am going to stay away from the aftermarket stuff.... camatv
great more imported shit. wonder if they started getting their stators from the same 'cheap" chinese company. how long and how many complaints and refunds and warranty work does it take to realize your products are shit? how long till these joke of companies need to rethink their sales?? figaro
will i lose horse power if i install a 250 stator?
Glenyboy
A 250 watt? If so no, as long as it works they don't give you any performance gains or losses.

Glenyboy
No, it doesn't affect power to the engine only to your electrical system. A thing to remember though electrical output power is lost through a dc current so you wouldn't get the whole 250w out of the stator you'd probably just end up a little over 200-210w. Out if all the stators on the Market the electrosport seems to have the best feedback and ive personally been in contact with them and they're customer support is great. I think you can also buy from them direct so you'll have less trouble if anything were to go wrong.
Surfrjag
Need to contact them but the thing ohms out so I dunno. Isn't the 250w for the lighting? If you want more spark get a nology or dynatech coil. If you need a stator I would say go oem. Edited November 25, 2011 by Surfrjag
