252wheelieking
What brand of clutches did you use with your HJR Dune port?
americanmusc1e
I just threw the old clutch (with the frictions soaked overnight in oil) and basket back in for now.... its still a little grabby and needs to be replaced but I'm totally out of cash........ with my weight (142 pounds) I haven't felt it slipping yet...... the frictions still had around .150 thickness to them ........ I think the wear limit is .
bigblockbanshee
Nice thread. Looks like you're making some really nice progress and I totally understand the budget thing. It took me a solid five years to build my 'shee and all it has is basic mods such as pipes, filter/adapter, and cool head as far as the engine goes. I put my money into the best skid plates I could find, +2+1 A-arms, and Holeshot HDs and T-9 Baja wheels. Mine is more of a woods-type rider. Congrats on coming so far with yours though! Sandjunkie29
I have never had good luck with avgas I run 110 in mine I feel that it burns more consistant and I put a 45 sprocket on the rear to launch off the line harder
americanmusc1e
here is the bike now..... I went racing against a bunch of yfz450's and raptors.... and I lost everytime (they were all full exhaust and intake at least...)... but it was mostly because I couldn't keep the nose on the ground..... and I need to work on my shifts...... the bike has the power now..... I just need to learn how to drive it.....
