bennny
Well, for starters I have a completely stock 01 and am doing some basic mods to it. I just ordered a pro circuit exhaust from a member, and in the future will do the upgraded air filter mod. I was looking at jet kits on ebay and found a couple. I'm pretty sure the stage 1 is all I need since all I plan on doing to the quad is the pro circuit exhaust and jet kit. Here is the Stage 1 (which pretty much sums up what i'm going to do) http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DynoJet-Stage-One-JET-Kit-Yamaha-Banshee-1987-2006-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem2a0da0140bQQitemZ180617221131QQptZMotorsQ5fATVQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories Is this exactly what I need? Also, is there a certain brand that members tend to stay loyal to? I see that they have stage 2, 3, and so on so I wanted to make sure. Thanks for the help in advance, i've learned a lot in the few weeks i've been here

bennny
Where do you buy jets by themselves? Also, how do you know which ones you'll need? I live in Texas (elevation) and you all know my mods (stock except for the pipes and thats it) I may take the airbox lid off in the future when I get the new adapter, but i'm not entirely sure if I will or not Edited February 27, 2011 by bennny
bennny
And when I ride it's anywhere between 330-750ft above sea level I guess. (since I ride all around in Texas) Edited February 27, 2011 by bennny

I got a set of piloits ( 27.5 , 30 , 45 , 50) Cost me $6.00 delivered. I think he.s from Oregon. Super fast delivery too. Good luck, Troy
Larry's Shee
Any local shop should have them. Carb Parts Warehouse. Hell that kit doesn't even tell you what's in it. Most likely you won't need needles unless you get way deep into tuning or have a problem about half throttle. I think there is a sticky titled "what jets are you running". Go through that looking for a simular set-up and elevation. It will give you a good starting point. That way you can get what you need and not have useless parts.
