Jereme6655
we need some more info on your bike....is it stock is it a Cub is it a Serval? Did you do any other mods to the bike while rebuilding it? How about the choke tube that goes between the two stock carbs?
Jereme6655
and another tip of advice..... the guys on here will get pretty crabby if they see you making more than one post abou the same problem...... i know your problem is frustrating but we need a little bit of time to get through the basics about your bike. And 2 posts that are SUPER undescriptive are gonna make people real pissy around here. and since your other post said it took a long time for you to get it started makes me think even more that you didn't put the choke tube back in place between the carbs... Larry's Shee
I'mnot a rocket sceintist but I dont think you use a head gasket with a cool head. List all your settings, pilot, main, air screw, slide needle. Edited February 27, 2011 by Larry's Shee
crash&burn
Did you get the right pistons.... been down that road before the people that order my pistons for me measured my cylinders wrong and got to small of ones and it wouldn't run or idle very well if it would even idle
Sacho87
Yea measured jugs and piston to make sure. Ok got it idle but it might be wrong I screwed idle screws in and it wasn't enough so I took the springs off and got it to idle that way will that hurt anything

They keep the screws from backing out. If you have stock carbs, TORS removed, the surfaces where the springs seat need to filed. It is pretty straightforward, just be sure they are flat. Read >HERE<. fastquad02blaster
Yeah. You're gonna have to take some off of the carb body so that those screws will go in further. I think just about everybody has this problem with the tors eliminator idle screws.
