Jug porting

I'd run a serval top end. Why?

-Your cylinders cannot be worked anymore. If you can get away with a hone, then you can physically port them. But thats a lot of money to spend on cylinders that will need to eventually be refreshened. Since you cannot bore it anymore, the only option is to sleeve them. A machinist will have to bore the old sleeve out and press in the new one. Then that sleeve will need to be massaged around the ports to match the current port job.

-You can purchase another set of stock cylinders and have them ported. For the price of another set of cylinders+piston kit+porting you will most likely be cheaper than the above option (after resleeving)

-BUT, for a similar price to option two, you can upgrade to a cylinder with a whole bunch of modern technology that cannot be found in stock or ported stock cylinders. Call Jeff at Fast or Andy at M&M ATV and they will give you all you need to know about the Servals.
