LED lightbar sneak peak!

So Cal Suspension

Recommended Posts

So the first two of my LED lightbars rolled off the line last week. Tested one of them out on a RZR-S this past weekend, and it did great. The one pictured below is one of the two prototypes that were completed last week. The housing is made from Extruded aluminum, with cast aluminum end caps, and a lexan lens. Check out the pictures, then scroll to the bottom and check out the even more ridiculous prices.

This has been a long time project, and I have a TON of money invested in this. All bars are available in either Amber or White, and Euro or Flood pattern, with 3w LED's. (Industry Standard)

Single Stack Bars (as pictured)

6" - 1440 Lumens - $92.00

8" - 2160 Lumens - $114.00

10" - 2880 Lumens - $189.00

12" - 3600 Lumens - $216.00

18" - 5760 Lumens - $337.50

22" - 7200 Lumens - $364.50 (Pictured)

32" - 10,800 Lumens - $567.00

42" - 14,400 Lumens - $648.00

52" - 18,000 Lumens - $810.00

Double Stack Bars (4 LED's per row, rather than two)

6" - 2880 Lumens - $202.50

8" - 4320 Lumens - $243.00

12" - 7200 Lumens - $384.75

22" - 14,400 Lumens - $708.75

52" - 36,000 Lumens - $1323.00

All lightbars will be made to order, and generally will have a two week lead time. We are working on Stock Location LED replacement housings right now, but getting the casting molds made, has been harder than we anticipated. If all pricing stays the same as the casting company has quoted us, we will be able to retail the stock position lights for $85ea. They will only draw 24 watts, at 1,440 Lumens. Nearly double the light output of the stock lights, without compromising your stator.

All that will be needed to run the LED's, is a DC conversion with an aftermarket regulator rectifier. Let me know what you guys think!
