Larry's Shee Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share Posted March 2, 2011 What do your plugs look like? Wet? Got spark? Are slides in correct carb? The angled(cutaway) side goes towards air cleaner, they will fit in the wrong carb and be backwards. Do you have TORS on top of carb? Check wires might have bumped connections. As to the clutch, were you adjusting it at the pressure plate? Might have bumped the shift claw off the shift star. Do you have a Clymer's repair manual yet? As to taking it to a shop, I've seen more bad experiences posted than good by far . well this is great i just somehow broke the throttle cable...im just gonna take it to my old mechanic that worked on my hondas and yamahas before i just dont have the know or tools to do it maybe he can show me a few tricks because i just cant figure this shee out.
