Just baught a 2004 basnhee 2 days ago. Has several mods done to it. Noticed the spark plugs are getting loose on there own after about an hour of riding pretty hard... if ne one has any pointers for me please let me know. Pro Design cool heads are installed.???

Your jetting is WAY OFF.....your getting DETONATION. You might need high octane fuel or even race fuel depending on the domes you have. Get a compression check done so we know what kind of fuel you need, then go 3 jet sizes bigger, then back your way down after your learn how to read plugs.

X3.

DON'T ride that until you fix it unless you want to be buying a new motor.

Check your jetting and compression.

Yup....like windycityjohn said....your detonating. The constant hammering of the sparkplug and the cylinder dome is jarring the spark plug loose. You can keep riding it if you want.....but i guarentee you that you will wind up doing a full rebuild on a totally blown-up motor REAL soon if you do.

Id either call the previous owner or do a compression check and then post up your findings on the HQ here and we'll help you get her figured out! :headbang:
