banshee for yfz 450

Recommended Posts

im not going to tell you not to do it. ive thought long and hard about it after being let down by my banshee so many times. 06+ are the good ones. it would be nice to just change the oil, fill it up with fuel and enjoy riding instead of working on it for a week before i get to ride it then having something fail halfway through the ride. Ive practically torn down and rebuilt mine in the middle of the ride.

they all have there problem but ill wager that there are 3 broke banshee for every broke yfz.

Man if u want a wheelie machine go with the rappy 700 and its a torque monster plus its fuel injected so no jetting for different elevation.

rappy? really? are you 15?

they need to redesign the craptor so it doesnt feel like its so top heavy.

Couple fuk u ur just a pussy who doesnt know how to ride one u fukn cock jockey. And dude do what you want but I would go with the "rappy".

Easy there killer.

Sounds like you're a lot "closer" to raptors than most. I'm not going to go broke on a raptor. What do you get? Sub-par handling for today's technology. A piss poor power-to-cc ratio (450s will hang in a straight line with this big bore quad). And in my group of guys, these things cough up more parts than any other machine including dirt bikes and side by sides (all though one polaris comes close). IMO they work well for someone who likes to putt around on trails because they do offer monster torque at idle, but they don't like to be spun fast. Now, I know raptors can be made to handle and rev harder up top.... but thats even MORE money. I'll build up a banshee to out handle it, out run it, and outlast it for that kind of budget.
