njdevil26 Posted January 22, 2011 Report Share Posted January 22, 2011 hey guys. i just picked up a banshee that has resivors for the shocks. first time ever running this setup. i have no idea what brand they are, sorry. but i geuss my question is if i can just run regular air in there or if it should be nitrogen. ive heard 50/50 reviews on it. i do a little bit of everything as far as my riding goes but am thinking about doing more mx this yr. help me guyyysssss!!!!! So Cal Suspension Posted January 23, 2011 Report Share Posted January 23, 2011 Yes, it's 100% dry, so it won't allow rust to develop, also it doesn't react to temperatures. If you pressurize your shock with air at 50*F, then the shock heats up to 200*F, the 200 psi you out into your shocks will all of a sudden be at 250 or more just from the temperature increase.
