Banshee Chad
Ok, I got 200 bucks burning a hole in my pocket. What should I buy for the bike? It's an 06 with CPI inframes and kandn on proflow. I'm thinking toes eliminator kit and tm design works case saver. Either of those really worth getting? Yeah I'd get the tors off there for sure...Plus it cleans up the motor and makes it easier to jet. X2 on porting as well, Save up another 150 or so and hit up Brandon at Wildcard
Judge1
To answer your question, yes both are a good investment. The TM case saver is a litlte expensive but a quality product.
burhead
timing plate and have the head shaved.
bansheesrtoys
the case saver should be the next thing for sure. if your going to be making more power more of a chance of a chain break. and if you compare the price of a case saver to the price of matching cases.jmo
bigblockbanshee
Case saver FTW. Doesn't matter what all you have done to it when you're chain decides to take a hike.
AKheathen
see if nyuk or someone has a nice $10 mylar case saver, and a used coolhead with domes in whatever size you want.....might even be able to find a timing plate, too........there is some good deals out there. you can definately do all 3 for $200......coolhead = power, and case saver=protection. the price depends on the deal you come by, and/or if you have to have new. you can still save up for porting. idk, it really depends on what your financial lifestyle looks like
Banshee Chad
I'm not looking for anything extreme. I'll port when I do first rebuild. Just had the money burning a hole, got the case saver and tors out on rmatv. I'll spend the other hundy on some whiskey and propane for the garage heater, make it a Saturday project. fastquad02blaster
You should get an adjustable timing plate, like said above. They will give a little for what they cost.
FASTOYS
Do all the bolt on's first then port it. I would go with adj. timing plate, milled head or F.A.S.T. head, and maybe some V Force reeds.
