midlifecrisis
So, I had waited for my ball joints to come in for 2 weeks before I called them to find out when they were coming. Nobody got back to me for 10 days, then a random email "Ill look into this, and call you back" (owner, or something). Then I heard nothing, so I emailed them twice, asking what was going on? After 2 further weeks of waiting, I took NYUK's advice and purchased the correct HD heim/ ball joint from NAPA. One day after I installed them, a package comes to the door, with my Burguard ball joints in it. I check my Visa account, no charges from them. All in all, horrible to have zero communication skills, but they made good for a great set of spares, Thanks.
Judge1
I assume you had to machine the a arm threads and ream the spindles to accept the automotive ball joints. If that is the case those burgard joints are useless to you now.

I have bought some things from Burguard as well and also had a very long wait with NO communication

The threads for both sets are the xact same. I reamed the spindles for the 10mm pins, but the 14mms threaded right in.
mysterion
I bought a set of their factory "blems" for my Blaster off eBay. They sent me the wrong length tie rods. It took about a week to get a response, and another week for them to say they "might ship them this week." Not a good experience with them at all
