WayBackWhen
Ok so Im fairly new to the 2-Stroke world, gotta say I love it. I was wondering, my '00 Banshee sounds great as it is, and its a stock exhaust, but can I bore some holes or break a bunch of bottles and make my own glasspack to make it louder or more aggressive? Im a make-your-own kind of person and hate spending a ton of money, but if thats what i have to do, ill do it.

NYUK
stock pipes strangle your motor. like running the 100 yard dash breathing through a straw. you don t have to spend a fortune on aftermarket pipes. check the for sale section. you can find fatties, bills, dg, pro circuit pipes all for under 200 shipped. Hit up "NYUK" ^. He had a few sets of pipes for sale as of yesterday. Get some Pro Circuits and re-jet...they are a great all around pipe. I wouldn't mess with your stock exhaust...you will for sure make it run worse.

06specialedition
Thanks guys, Im almost always in the woods/tight trails so what would be a good set? IMO the best would either be Pro Circuits or Paul Turner Mids.

jbooker82
Pro Circuits or FMF Gnarlys for tight woods riding. If you have to have a spark arrestor where you ride then I would go for the FMF Gnarlys with Turbine Core II's. Power Core II silencers are non spark arrested. TwistedSheeRida
Everyone always jumps to the FMF fatties I have a set of the FMF SSTS and they are an amazing woods pipe. pull hard from bottom right through the top. Infact with similar setups mine with ssts my buddy with T-5s i would get the jump on him because they punch so hard on bottom.
