POD's Vs Single K&N Filter in box

Currently i have both air cleaner styles and im running the pods on a pair of 34m carbies.

I dont like the idea of the pods sitting out in the open for fear of water, extra exposure to dirt and damage.

What has the better air flow?

Pods or the single K&N in the air box?

I imagine the pods do but will i notice it verses single K&N?

Dune/trail use.

If you can stay out of large water areas, I would stick with the pods. IMHO they flow alot better and you should notice a decent power differance loss putting the box back on. I've ran all my banshee's with no box, just pod filters with outwears and no problems.
